Phoenix Physical Therapy offers private Pilates classes for all ages and body types. These classes are intentionally designed through our expertise and curated knowledge throughout our years of providing exceptional, individualized care. Our Pilates therapy programs promote healing and wellness by:
1. Strengthening the Muscles
- Pilates classes are centered on strengthening the body’s core, which is surrounded by many types of muscles.
- Through eccentric contractions, Pilates creates stronger muscles and improves core strength and function.
2. Fine-Tuning Movement Patterns

Our Pilates instructor, Sienna Riley, has extensive experience in conducting Pilates classes. She specializes in various exercises, including:

Our private Pilates classes are 8 AM to 9 PM every Tuesday and Thursday and 8 AM to 4 PM every Friday. Every 45-minute session is offered at $80.
