DPT and Certified Pilates Instructor
Sienna grew up in Grass Valley, California. She became interested in physical therapy after having gone through multiple personal injuries resulting from growing up as a dancer. Sienna received her bachelor of fine arts in dance from California State University Long Beach and then went on to spend a few years dancing in San Francisco. While in San Francisco, she received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification. After leaving San Francisco, Sienna moved back to her hometown, where she taught dance at a local studio and high school. While there, she became a certified Pilates instructor. She then went on to receive her doctorate of physical therapy from Regis University, graduating with honors. Sienna feels a strong connection to the body from her years of dance training and enjoys using this experience to help patients recover from various orthopedic conditions. When not at work, she enjoys dancing, hiking, checking out local breweries, and spending time with her husband and corgi.
