What We Want To Accomplish
While we provide exceptional, individualized physical therapy service, our goal is to facilitate confidence with self-management and independence. We strive to attain this by:
- educating our patients on affected tissue strain and postural considerations
- conducting manual techniques to reduce pain-generating abnormalities or biomechanical dysfunction
- providing neuromuscular reeducation to facilitate or inhibit dysfunctional muscles
- instructing our patients on appropriate stretches, strengthening, and balance exercise
- instructing patients on self-management tools to address chronic conditions
- providing easy accessibility to clinicians for additional support
